Custom Design Process

The first step in the custom design process is to meet with you personally, either at your home or office or my workshop to determine your preferences in style, colors, materials, dimensions and container (yours or one that I will select specifically for your arrangement).  And, if you need some inspiration, you can browse through photos in my portfolio or this website to obtain ideas.

The next step is to provide you with a Price Quote and once accepted, the design work will begin.  Custom orders are completed within 5-7 days, depending on availability of materials.  And if you choose, photos can be emailed to you as your piece evolves to ensure the design is exactly as you envisioned.

Payment

- A 50% deposit is required when the Price Quote is accepted.

- Final payment is due upon delivery and your acceptance of the piece.

- We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks or cash.
